3. No Refund Policy for Completed Deliverables
3.1 Services Rendered as Agreed
Once a client accepts a proposal and we begin work on a project, and subsequently deliver all items, features, and services as specified in the original proposal or Statement of Work, refunds will NOT be provided.
This policy applies when:
- All deliverables outlined in the proposal have been completed
- Work has been performed according to agreed specifications
- Client has received access to completed automation systems, documentation, and training materials
- Project milestones have been met as defined in the contract
- Final delivery has been made and accepted by the client
Rationale: When services are delivered as promised, significant time, expertise, and resources have been invested in creating custom solutions for the client's specific business needs. Once deliverables are provided and the project is complete, the value has been transferred to the client.
4. No Refund Policy for Partially Completed Projects
4.1 Work in Progress
If a project is underway and the client requests a refund during the development phase, refunds will NOT be provided for work that has already been completed.
This policy applies when:
- Development work has commenced based on approved proposals
- Time and resources have been allocated to the project
- Custom solutions are in development
- Team members have been dedicated to the client's project
- Intellectual property and deliverables are being created
4.2 Project Termination by Client
If a client chooses to terminate a project mid-development:
- All fees for completed work remain non-refundable
- Payment for work-in-progress up to the termination date is required
- Any completed deliverables will be provided to the client
- Unused portions of prepaid fees may be calculated and refunded on a case-by-case basis at FaastGrow's sole discretion
Rationale: Professional services, including consulting, strategy development, and custom implementation, involve significant expertise, time, and effort. Once work has been performed, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product. Our team's time and knowledge applied to your project represent delivered value.
5. Ongoing Support and Customization
5.1 Post-Delivery Support
FaastGrow provides comprehensive post-delivery support to ensure client success. After project completion, if clients require modifications, enhancements, or customizations to delivered solutions, we are available 24/7 to assist.
Our support includes:
- Bug Fixes: Resolution of any technical issues or errors in delivered systems

6. Refund Eligibility - Failure to Deliver
6.1 When Refunds ARE Provided
FaastGrow will provide a full or partial refund if we fail to deliver services as specified in the original proposal, Statement of Work, or service contract.
Refunds will be issued when:
- Non-Delivery: We fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within reasonable timeframes (accounting for approved extensions)
- Material Breach: Services provided materially deviate from agreed specifications without client approval
- Failure to Perform: We are unable to fulfill our contractual obligations due to our own limitations or failures
6.2 Refund Process for Non-Delivery
If FaastGrow fails to deliver as promised:

Client must notify FaastGrow in writing of the specific failures or deficiencies within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
Step 2 - Review and Assessment:
FaastGrow will review the claim and assess whether services were delivered according to the agreed scope.
Step 3 - Resolution Attempt:
We will first attempt to remedy the situation by:
- Completing outstanding deliverables
- Correcting deficiencies in work product
- Providing additional resources or support
Step 4 - Refund Determination:
If resolution cannot be achieved, FaastGrow will determine the appropriate refund amount based on:
- Work completed vs. work outlined in contract
- Value delivered vs. total project cost
- Extent of non-delivery or breach

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Items and Services
